A friend of mine is getting married soon and asked me what are things she should look out for when searching for a wedding photographer. It really got me thinking, I usually talk to brides/grooms that already have decided more or less what they want and are now checking on availability and prices, but what is the “starting point” so to speak? I sat down to make a guide that could help her and anyone else stuck at this first step in where to even BEGIN searching. Started thinking about how I would go about finding someone I want to photograph my wedding as a new bride.
