Emily and Andrew traveled all the way from Colorado for their cliffside Malibu elopement with their closest friends and family. Working with them was an absolute dream! As soon as we pulled up in the driveway, Andrew came to greet us and offer us drinks. And as soon as I walked inside Emily was smiling with her beaming smile to welcome me. We were treated like friends, not vendors and that is honestly all I hope for on wedding days.

We dove straight into doing their first look and the best part was witnessing Emily and Andrew high five at the end which really showcased their playful love for each other. Ceremony was next, and it took place in the yard of the AirBnB they rented that overlooked the hills of Malibu. It was GORGEOUS!

When ceremony was over we took photos of them with all their guests. My favorite part of these photos was the color palette for all the girls bridesmaids dresses. They went perfect with the scenery at the AirBnB.

After their main elopement ceremony we headed down to El Matador Beach to take bridal portraits on the cliffside of the Malibu beaches. The sun was setting just as we arrived and it made for the most beautiful bridal portraits in the sand. Once the sun had gone down completely, we went back up to the top and Andrew and Emily said their vows privately to each other that they didn’t say at the AirBnB. This made their vows to each other that much more special.

I’ll never forget Andrew’s kindness or Emily’s bright smile. I will forever cherish this elopement in Malibu cliffside at El Matador!
