At the start of the pandemic most, if not all, my weddings got cancelled or rescheduled. I had no idea this would begin in the start of a new trend for 2020. Most of my couples would end up eloping or downsizing their weddings to their houses or AirBnB’s.

This was the first backyard wedding I shot for 2020 and it was better than anything I could have imagined. The venue was my bride’s uncles’ residence and, being in the hills of LA, it overlooked Downtown in all of its glory.

We took their bridal portraits in farther up in the hills of North Hollywood, and ended the night with a beautiful view of the LA skyline.
